About the Job

An exciting opportunity for an apprentice to work in the automotive sector as a service advisor, whilst achieving their Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard. Shadowing the Service Advisors, you will manage greeting customers, book appointments, understand vehicle issues, and help communicate repairs. You will also provide updates, complete administrative tasks like job cards and invoices, and learn key customer service, communication, and automotive knowledge as part of the apprenticeship programme. Upon completion apprentices will have the opportunity to upskill to their Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard to take on additional responsibilities.
