  • Ensuring adherence to IT security policies and promoting safe and responsible use of technology
  • Keeping colleagues informed through regular updates, 1:1s, team meetings and safeguarding “hot topics”
  • Upholding strict confidentiality, sharing information only when it is in the best interests of the learner and in line with safeguarding procedures

Safer Recruitment and Pre-Employment Checks

This post involves regulated activity, and the successful candidate must always uphold Skillnet’s safeguarding responsibilities and demonstrate suitability to work with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
